Q: Why do you need to collect a deposit fee?
Ans: Due to many no-shows and last minute cancellations, some of our services that require a long time such as balayage and Japanese straightening, are required to have a 15% deposit paid to secure your booking. This portion will be deducted off from your final bill, and is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, it will be carried forward to your future appointment.
Q: What happens if I have to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Ans: You will not receive any penalties if cancelled/rescheduled 48 hours prior.
Late / Cancellations
- Last minute cancellations within 48 hours will result in 30% penalty charge of original service price
- No Shows will result in 50% penalty charge of original service price
- Appointments rescheduled within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of your deposit
Q: Is there free parking?
Ans: YES! We have free parking right in front of our store (space is limited). Please note that the other side of parking (in front of Passion8) is reserved for Passion8 customers
Q: Can I get a refund for the service I received if I'm not happy with the result
Ans: We offer Complimentary fix, free of charge if you notify us within 7 days of your appointment. We do not offer refund for services. (Read Policy Here)
Q: Why am I charged a $3 eco-fee?
Ans: The eco-fee contributes to covering the expenses associated with our collaboration with Green Circle, a company dedicated to responsibly disposing of and repurposing salon waste. This partnership aims to diminish the environmental footprint of our salon operations.
